ASBO BV combines mechanical engineering expertise and years of experience in aluminum extrusions with agricultural strength through the partnership between Led-e-Lux Supply BV and Van Asten Group. This partnership, started in 2023, provides a solid basis for innovations and progressive solutions within the agricultural sector. Years of cooperation and development of FlexiPigFloor, -our patented product-, among others, resulted in the establishment of the joint company ASBO BV.
An innovative renovation system from ASBO BV, uses a patented combination of aluminum strips and synthetic resin. Our system has been developed and refined over five years. This system is a practical and sustainable solution for renovating worn concrete slatted floors in pig barns or adapting existing concrete slatted floors to new requirements.
Van Asten Group is a well-established name in the agricultural sector with a rich history dating back more than 50 years. Founded in the 1970s, Van Asten Group has grown into a leading agricultural company that has made its mark in the industry through continuous innovation and sustainable agricultural practices. The farm started with 250 sows in Mierlo, but thanks to vision, innovation and hard work, it has developed into an international organization with branches in the Netherlands and Germany.

ASBO FlexiPigFloor is the innovative and affordable solution for renovating worn concrete slatted floors in pig houses. The system developed by ASBO BV combines patented aluminium profiles with high-quality synthetic resin to create a durable and practical solution that is ready to use within a few days and meets current standards.
Concrete slatted floors often need to be replaced due to wear and tear of old slatted floors or new requirements for lying areas. The FlexiPigFloor system offers a sustainable alternative here: it seals the floor and significantly improves hygiene, as no additional coating is required.
Our aluminium profiles and synthetic resin coating have been extensively tested to withstand aggressive barn chemicals such as formic acid and butyric acid. FlexiPigFloor therefore meets the highest requirements in daily use.

In pig farming, it is a regular occurrence that concrete slatted floors need to be replaced because they no longer meet legal requirements. This may be because of gap width or changing requirements for solid floor. Replacing concrete slats is often difficult and sometimes almost impossible. With FlexiPigFloor, we have developed an affordable alternative to renovate concrete slatted floors.
ASBO Floor Systems has developed an innovative solution for this: the FlexiPigFloor. The system consists of 2 main products: Aluminum profiles/strips and a synthetic resin. We have developed different systems for this, a special approach for each floor. In all cases, within a few days your floor is ready for use again and compliant. In addition, the top layer of the new floor is liquid-proof, which significantly improves hygiene in the barn. So you no longer need to apply a coating, as that is integrated into this system.
Our profiles, the coating and the entire floor have been extensively tested in laboratories. This involved simulating various aggressive chemicals that can occur in a barn, such as formic acid, lactic acid, butyric acid and phosphoric acid. These could seriously damage the existing concrete floor. We have also tested FlexiPigFloor in practice for several years.
