Dura grating profiles repair even heavily worn concrete grating floors and restore the allowable gap width. The product is available in slots of 20, 18, 14 and 10 mm. The profiles are made to the desired length and glued to the concrete floor. Then the floor is filled with a synthetic resin cement mixture and sprinkled with sand. Finally, a wear-resistant coating is applied.
Dura solid floor profiles can adapt even heavily worn concrete slatted floors to the requirements of solid flooring in swine barns. The product can be customized as required. A profile with 5% opening is already produced with circle of 18 mm diameter. The profiles are glued to the concrete floor. Then the floor is poured with a synthetic resin cement mixture, coated and sprinkled with sand. Finally, it is sealed with a coating.
